In any business it is good to know what you are talking about. That is so very true in the computer industry. Nobody wants to seek help from a company that has no clue on what they are doing. You wouldn't go to a fast food restaurant to get advice on how to fix your car. There are so many companies out there that offer you tech support or sales of new software and hardware. The key is to know which one to go to to get the right product or service depending on you or your company needs.
Before going to a company consider these issues.
1. Decide what services they offer.
2. Is there any tech support items for purchased.
3. How reliable is this company.
4. The price of services and product.
Once you know these factors you should be on the right track of where to go.
If you don't do your business homework, then you will just be going in blind so to speak.

Taking a break...
This weekend I will be taking a break. I will be spending some quality time with my other brother who is a big mentor in my life. He has been helping to point me in the right directions for insight into making my dream a reality. In addition to spending time together we will be at the Indianapolis 500 for free courtesy of Marlboro/Penske Racing team. I am looking forward to this as it will be a very welcome break in my regular everyday life. Feel free to leave comments over the weekend if you wish. And to all have a fun, enjoyable and above all SAFE Memorial Day weekend. I will post more after the holiday weekend.
